Wedding Checklist Feature
Planning a wedding involves dozens of tasks that need to be done on time. The "Wedding Checklist," created based on recommendations from top professional wedding planners, helps couples:
- Stay organized: Tasks are divided by timeline for a structured approach.
- Track progress: Mark completed tasks and watch your to-do list shrink.
- Personalize your list: Remove unnecessary tasks and focus on what matters most.
The Wedding Checklist is your ultimate assistant for a stress-free wedding journey.
Detailed Guide to Using the "Wedding Checklist" Feature
Step 1: The "Wedding Checklist" Card
- On the main screen, find the "Wedding Checklist" card.
- It shows 4 current tasks. Tap on any task to mark it as completed – it will disappear, and the next relevant task will appear.
- To view all tasks, tap the card itself.
Why it’s needed:
The card keeps you focused on the most relevant tasks, making your planning more efficient.
Step 2: The "Wedding Checklist" Screen
- On this screen, all tasks are grouped by timeline (e.g., "1 year before," "3 months before," "1 week before").
- Identify tasks relevant to your current stage and start working on them.
- Tap on a task to mark it as completed. Tapping again reverts it to "incomplete."
Example:
If you’ve already booked a venue, mark the task as done to concentrate on hiring a photographer.
Why it’s needed:
Statuses help you track progress and stay focused on what’s left to do.
Step 3: Viewing Task Descriptions
- Each task includes a title and a detailed description, created based on professional recommendations. Open the task to see its details.
Example:
The task "Choose a Wedding Venue" includes tips like considering capacity, location, and style.
Why it’s needed:
Descriptions make tasks clearer and prevent you from missing important details.
Step 4: Removing Unnecessary Tasks
- If a task isn’t relevant to your wedding, tap the cross icon next to it to remove it.
Example:
If you’re not having a ring exchange ceremony, you can delete that task.
Why it’s needed:
Removing irrelevant tasks personalizes your checklist and simplifies planning.
Step 5: Use the Checklist Regularly
- Check the wedding checklist daily or weekly to see what needs attention.
- Completed tasks move to an archive, leaving only current ones visible.
Why it’s needed:
Regular use of the checklist keeps you on track and reduces stress as the big day approaches.
