How to Invite Your Partner or Planner in the "Wedding Planner – No Stress!" App

Planning a wedding together is much easier when your partner or wedding planner has full access to all sections of your wedding in the app.
The Team Access feature allows you to share your wedding with your partner or planner, so everyone involved can view tasks, the guest list, budget, and timeline in real time.


Inviting Your Partner (Bride or Groom)

You can share access to your wedding with your future spouse and plan everything together — without endless messages or file sharing.

How to Do It

  1. On the main screen, find your wedding card (showing your names and wedding date).
  2. Tap the icon (three horizontal dots) in the top right corner of the card.
  3. From the menu that appears, select “Invite Partner”
  4. A window will open with a unique invitation link — copy it and send it to your partner in any convenient way.

What Happens Next

  • When your partner opens the link, they’ll see a prompt to download the app from the App Store or Google Play, along with a 7-digit invitation code.
  • After installing the app, one of two things will happen:
    • The system may automatically recognise the invitation and instantly grant access to your wedding.
    • Or your partner can tap “The bride / groom invited me” and enter the code. Their account will then be created and linked to your wedding.

Invitation Validity

The invitation link remains active for 24 hours.
If your partner doesn’t join within this time, simply create a new link:

  • Tap on your wedding card.
  • Select “Wedding Team.”
  • Tap “+” and choose “Invite Partner”

On the “Wedding Team” screen, you can also view all invited users, check their invitation status, and re-open active links if needed.


Inviting a Wedding Planner or Coordinator

If you’re working with a wedding planner or coordinator, you can grant them full access to your wedding.
This eliminates the need for constant email exchanges — all the information they need will be available directly in the app.

How to Invite a Planner

  1. On the main screen, tap on your wedding card.
  2. Select “Invite Wedding Planner.”
  3. A window will appear with a unique invitation link — copy it and send it to your planner.

What Happens Next

  • The planner opens the link in a browser and quickly registers by entering their email address and confirming it.
  • After registration, they will instantly gain access to your wedding and all its sections needed for coordination.

Invitation Validity

The link is active for 24 hours.
If the planner doesn’t join within this time:

  • Tap on your wedding card.
  • Select “Wedding Team.”
  • Tap “+” and choose “Invite Wedding Planner.”

Managing Access

  • Only the wedding creator can invite new participants (partners or planners).
  • To revoke someone’s access, please contact our support team via the Profile → Support section of the app.

Adding your partner or planner is the best way to share responsibilities and keep everything organised.
Any changes made by team members are instantly synchronised, so everyone always works with the latest information.
