Plus-Ones
You can add plus-ones for each guest - spouse, partner, children, or other family members. This ensures the total guest count is accurate and helps with seating arrangements, budgeting, and catering planning.
Personal Invitations & Guest Status
A personalized online invitation is automatically created for each guest. The invitation status is synced with the guest’s status: “Not Invited”, “Invitation Sent”, “Accepted”, or “Declined”. Responses update automatically.
Drink Preferences & Seating
You can specify drink preferences and seating information in each guest’s profile. This data is used to calculate beverages and build the seating chart without manual spreadsheets.
Bulk Editing & Search
The guest list supports filtering, search, and bulk editing. You can update guest statuses, groups, transportation details, or remove and edit information for multiple guests at once.
Import & Export Guest List
The guest list can be downloaded or uploaded in Excel format. This is convenient for initial setup, review, or collaboration with family members and planners.
Clear Guest Statistics
The main screen displays a chart with the total number of guests and a breakdown by status. You instantly see how many guests are invited, how many have confirmed, and how many have not responded yet.
