Integration with Tilda

What is Tilda?

Tilda is an intuitive website builder that allows users to create stunning and functional web pages without requiring any coding knowledge.

It offers pre-designed blocks that make it easy to design a wedding website, add photos, schedule details, and other important information for guests.

Why integrate our app with Tilda?

With Tilda integration, users can create a fully customized wedding website, while the guest response form (similar to an RSVP) will be embedded directly on the site.

All responses will automatically sync with the "Wedding Planner - No Stress!" app, allowing you to link responses to existing guests or create new ones. The guest's status (Attending / Not Attending / Unsure) will be updated automatically.

Step-by-step integration guide

1. Sign up on Tilda: Create an account.
2. Create your wedding website. After registering, click “Create a new website” and choose a template or start from scratch.
3. Customize the design. Add text, photos, wedding details, and style your website the way you like.
4. Add the guest response form.
   • In the Tilda editor, add a new block.
   • Search for T868 and select Popup: HTML Code in Popup.
   • Insert the following code into the block:

   <iframe src="https://wdng.pro/form/your-wedding-id" width="100%" height="500px" style="border:none;"></iframe>

5. Set up a button to open the form.
   • Copy the popup link (it will look like #popup:embedcode).
   • Choose a button on your website that will open the form and paste the copied popup link as the button’s URL.
6. Publish your site. Click “Publish” and test the guest response form by submitting a test entry.

Managing guest responses

Once guests start filling out the form on your website, their responses will appear in the "Wedding Planner - No Stress!" app under “Wedding Website” → “Guest Responses”

Here, you can:

• Link a response to a guest in your list, which will automatically update their status.
• View a list of all guests who have accepted or declined the invitation.
• Analyze collected data (such as dietary preferences, allergies, and more).

Customizing guest questions

You can set up the list of questions in the app under “Wedding Website” → “Questions”

Popular questions include food and drink preferences, allergies, contact details, and other essential information.

Important things to know

• The T868: Popup: HTML Code block is only available on paid Tilda plans.
• Tilda allows you to connect a custom domain to your website. This makes your wedding website more personalized, such as www.smithwedding.com instead of a standard Tilda domain.
